Privacy Policy

Slideshow Maker Pro for iOS ("the App") is developed by CloudEx Inc. ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how we protect your privacy.

1. Our Core Principle

All slideshow creation happens entirely on your device. The photos and music you use are never uploaded to our servers. The App has no user accounts and does not collect your name, email address, contacts, or location.

2. Information We Collect

  • Crash reports: Via Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC). If the App crashes, an anonymous report is sent containing the crash trace, device model, OS version, and app version. It does not include your photos, music, or any account information.

The App does not use analytics SDKs, does not access the advertising identifier (IDFA), and does not show ads.

3. How We Use Information

Crash reports are used solely to diagnose and fix problems and improve the App's stability. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling, and we never sell it.

4. Third-Party Services and Downloads

  • Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) — crash reporting as described above.
  • Online music library — optional background-music tracks are downloaded from our servers when you request them. Like any web server, these process your IP address transiently to deliver the file; we do not use it to identify you.
  • Apple App Store — your purchase of the App is processed entirely by Apple. We never receive payment details such as credit card numbers.

5. Photos and Media Access

The App asks for full access to your photo library so that its built-in photo picker can show your photos and albums and let you choose the ones to include in a slideshow. Your photos are read and processed only on your device; the App never uploads, collects, or shares them. Finished slideshow videos are saved back to your photo library. You can change this permission at any time in iOS Settings.

6. Data Retention

Crash reports are retained by Firebase Crashlytics for a limited period (typically 90 days) and then deleted automatically. We store no other personal data on our servers.

7. International Data Transfers

Crash reports may be processed on Google servers located outside your country. Google maintains appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

8. Your Rights

You can contact us at any time to ask questions about this policy or request deletion of data. You can also change the App's photo access at any time in iOS Settings.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page.
